Finally realizing that Wisconsin’s economic health is dependent on a friendly business climate, some entrepreneuing legislators have crafted an agenda, Invest Wisconsin, that will reform many of the antiquated tax structures, reverse a set of egregious and destabilizing Supreme Court decisions from this summer, and promote investment in telecommunications infrastructure.
