When the House passed H.R. 4297, the Tax Relief Extension Reconciliation Act, last week, there were a handful of Democrat representatives who managed to vote yes for extending the lower tax rates for capital gains and dividend taxes.

We salute the following Democrats who voted with the majority (234 -197) for this important bill.
