Congratulations to Oklahoma FreedomWorks!

With your hard work, the Oklahoma TABOR will be on the ballot in 2006 (assuming the Secretary of State certifies the count.)

Here is the story from the AP.

By the end of January we will know for sure whether the TABOR measure has been deemed legitimate.

But the court would have to throw out thousands of signatures in order for the measure to fail.

Great job Oklahoma!!!
