Our friend John Taylor has provided some great intel on the fight to kill the death tax in Virginia.

The Senate bill (SB 504) was voted on today in the House Finance Committee and it was conformed to the House bill (HB 40).

Now the Senate Finance Committee will vote on the House bill, tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. in Senate Room B.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN

Call the Senators on Finance Committee NOW and urge them to pass HB 40, as written.
