Another Confiscatory Grab by New London

Investor’s Business Daily updates on the activities of the city of New London in confiscating the property of its citizens to increase its tax base. Not only is the city evicting the last two remaining residents so that private development can continue in the name of the public good, but the city is also claiming that the residents it forced from their homes owe $1 million dollars in rent to the city, as the city has technically owned the properties since 2000.
