We need a fence, folks.  Then we need a guest worker program that is fair.

Raj has proposed that in turn for not collecting social security taxes, we would not entitle guest workers to social security benefits.  Considering that social security benefits will outequal taxes, I think this is fair.  Of course, there is always the private sector for retirement benefits.
