Stop Ted Kennedy and Big Labor!
January 18th, 2007 by Brendan SteinhauserWe are going to be supporting Rep. Charlie Norwood’s effort to prevent union intimidation via union “card check” legislation.
We are going to be fighting against the “Employee Free Choice Act” which is an Orwellian name for a bad piece of legislation sponsored by Senator Ted Kennedy. This bill would do away with the secret ballots used for workers when determining whether to form a union. Getting rid of the secret ballots will pave the way for union thugs to intimidate and bully workers into forming a union.
This issue will be heating up in the next couple of weeks. Let’s get the ball rolling in opposition to the “Employee Free Choice Act” sponsored by Ted Kennedy and Big Labor.
