Sarbanes-Oxley Legacy: Euro Markets Surge Past U.S.

Europe now has the world’s largest public stock market capitalization, according to the Financial Times. This hasn’t been the case since before the First World War. It is a sorry state of affairs that is, in part, the result of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and a punitive tax code that is driving multinational corporations away from our shores.
