Impact of Rising Gas Prices

With all the hype around the “driving season” and legislation on the House floor seeking to fix price gouging, I thought this article from USA Today was appropriate. It looks at the individual economic impact the rising prices have on consumers with most economists concluding that, while an inconvenience, the impact is fairly limited. Read more about it here

    Peter,

    Although employees of corporations may not feel much impact relative to income, those of us who are entrepreneurs and business owners don’t get raises commensurate with inflation. And when our transportation costs rise, we feel real pain.
