Americans no longer know any history, recent or ancient. When the liberals hijacked education and dumbed-down the curriculum so that the kiddies would "feel good", they sealed the fate of the Republic. Following the dictum that absolute power corrupts absolutely, as government arrogates to itself more and more power over us it becomes more and more corrupt. And incompetent; look at the three who currently would be president. Better brush up on your Arabic. Or Chinese. Learn from history? Americans no longer know any history, recent or ancient.
