    No new tax on the Internet, BUT, sales taxes should apply. States with low or no income tax depend on sales tax to operate. With more and more sales being made over the Internet my state, Texas, is suffering. School taxes based on real estate are going through the roof.

    Sales tax if is the most equitable of taxes.
