Cap law suits and get the lawyers out of it and the premiums will go down and good physicians will stop leaving the field. I have worked as a nurse since 1976 and Hillary's plan is a joke but a joke most uninformed American's will think is great. Who will pay for this? The taxpayers. This plan is another way to make people dependent on the government to reassure a vote. Vote for Hillary is a vote for moveon.org. The problem with health care are the law suits.
