After Iraq (truthfully) delivered its declaration on WMD to the UN on December 8, 2002, Rice wrote an editorial for The New York Times entitled "Why We Know Iraq Is Lying"...she was the big liar...remember this lil gem? "The problem here is that there will always be some uncertainty about how quickly he can acquire nuclear weapons. But we don't want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud." -she was the first National Security Advisor to campaign for an incumbent President...not a distinction of excellance IMO. -she garnered the most negative Senatorial votes cast against any nomination for Secretary of State since 1825. -she has continually asserted that the President holds far more war powers than the U.S. Constitution actually grants. -she's done little to solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
