		<description>But.... Doesn't Television have advertising? How about radio, oh, ads there too. I know Magazines and Newspapers, wait, I think I see ads, yes definitely, those are ads. If you want to fix the problem, remove the money from the equation. I don't see that happening either.</description>

		<description>Because people cheat.  Lie, cheat and steal.  I can see Mr. Capuano point.  And I don't think it's about the income generated by the media, so much as it is who may be paying for the media.  Equal air time was a good idea then, and it's a good idea now. There must be a middle ground, because I am also all for more communication between our government and it's citizens.  So many people have said for so long "if only people were more informed, and could participate easier".  The internet and it's various technologies provide the realization of that dream, people with things to hide will oppose it and eventually leave government.  Guess who that leaves?  Honest, hard working ethical representatives.</description>
