Many disabled veterans that cannot drive to a job and many others in hospitals use the online small business sales and ebay etc., as a source of income after their disability hospital treatments. What we should have is Fiscal Responsibilities in all aspects of government instead of money being wasted in pork inimical projects then no one has to resort to usury, and abusing the tax payers and punishing small buz entrepeneurs who are the innovators needed in a truly functioning Society.
