Um, what am I supposed to make of this? Dick Armey says:
A first step would require significant new restrictions on their capital requirements and portfolios–something that the current legislation fails to do.
Am I missing something, or is Dick Armey suggesting we regulate something?

Oh, and speaking of the tags “earmarks and corruption,” Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) was just indicted. I’m looking forward to FW’s response.
